George Boychuk is a partner at Ziegler, Ziegler & Associates LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, securities, and commercial law, both international and domestic.

Mr. Boychuk’s representation of clients includes depositary receipt transactions and program establishment; mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions involving public and privately-held companies; public offerings and private placements of securities; securities regulatory and compliance matters including corporate governance; commercial and financing transactions; representation of hedge funds and other private investment companies; employment matters; and general corporate matters.
