Former Executive of Deutsche Bank Represented by Ziegler, Ziegler & Associates in Lawsuit

A former senior operations manager at Deutsche Bank, Noah Ramos, has sued the bank, alleging it concealed operational failures from regulators, leading to a $30 million loss in its U.S. arm. Ramos claims he urged executives to report breaches related to loans to wealthy clients to the Federal Reserve, but they instead misrepresented the issues as accounting errors. He alleges he was fired in retaliation, with the bank citing a disputed claim of anti-Asian bias. Represented by Christopher Brennan of Ziegler, Ziegler & Associates, Mr Ramos is seeking in excess of $100 million dollars in damages. The lawsuit comes amid ongoing regulatory scrutiny of Deutsche Bank’s weak internal controls, which have previously resulted in significant fines.
